The castle includes some nice paintings, including some official portraits of queen Wilhelmina, and gives some insight in how these sorts of castles were used hundreds of years ago. If you are in the area and want to spend a couple of hours this is definitely a recommendation, and the 6 euros that it costs to follow the tour will directly be used for further restoration of the castle. Het gebied geeft in Googlemaps een wandelpad aan naar het kasteel dit eindigt bij een hek verboden toegang. Leuke omgeving om te wandelen Ik ben als fotograaf bij Kasteel ter Horst geweest voor een shoot met een bruidspaar. Eigenlijk wilden we gebruik maken van de kamers binnen vanwege voorspelde regen, maar op het moment van shooten was het droog en konden we tóch buiten aan de gang. Het was werkelijk prachtig zo in het groen! Als je houdt van een klassieke sfeer, dan zit je hier goed. De hostess was ook onwijs aardig en liet ons onze gang gaan.
