We unexpectedly found ourselves needing to find a stop on the way from Germany to Amsterdam. A quick search revealed this was one of the only bakeries open before 8am. We were greeted by the sweet aroma of ginger bread and were able to observe bread making from an exterior window. Inside the bakery we were promptly greeted. My young daughters talked with some of the local patrons and we enjoyed some delicious treats and coffee. The sweet breads and strudels were delicious and went well with the much needed coffee.
