We spent several times some ski vacations there and we appreciated a lot the location. Snow, sun and slopes. Only one thing... the connexion is a mess, some indications are missing, specially with a bad weather, no signs on the slopes and it's very hard to know where you are in the fog !!.. The map is not useful and it's really not well done. Not the highest mountain, but definitely one of the most jaw dropping views I've ever seen. Actually, the second in my list. Best play areas for kids, so much to do, water play, climbing, parks, trampolines, fabulously well designed place, and all very clean and well maintained......., amazing views, nice restaurant, just a fantastic space to spend the day outdoors with the kids. 10 /10 We walked across the top from ellmau to schefal in 45 minutes.. got the lift back down and free bus at the bottom back to our car at ellmau . Take water shoes / clothes that dry easily ...lots of water play areas for . Take picnic / water ( ask at the bar to refill your water bottles for free ) Check time for Last lifts down or you will have to walk down ( 2 hrs ish) Take a camera ...so many amazing views ! Great, modern facility. Ski shop and lifts were very nice. Extremely good heated lockers for rent. Brand new. Ski runs were will groomed and lots of fun. Good for and beginners, and fun for intermediate skiers and snowboarders. Amazing place to ski ⛷️ Great place with nice restaurants up on the hills. You can rent everything from the entrance. It costs you around 40-50 euros if you are renting everything. If not it wouldn’t cost much. Slopes are great for skiing and there are many places for you to train as well All was well. It was clean very nice playground on top for kids. And prize is not bad. I was outsite any season, begin oktober. And it was very quiet. Great area, ques vere minimal (week 5), connection between mountains usually limited to a single slope. Recommendable for beginner or medium level skiers or ski groups with a larger level variety. Is quite lowly located, but snow cover was excellent and not an issue while I visited.
