The jungle den is a very good place for parents to bring young kids. It has recently been expanded and had a make over so it is even better than before. The range of food available is also expanded. It is possible to book the jungle den for laser tag at 6pm which is a great party option for older kids. Pros: One of the biggest plus here is that my come and they don’t get bring home any bugs a few days later ( I’m looking at you Funky Monkey). are always cleaning and making sure older aren’t taking over the under 4 area, food is reasonably priced, my love it here and can’t wait to come back. Monthly pass is not on auto renew which is good as it gives some flexibility. Cons: Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit as it can get really packed. Bathrooms don’t always have toilet paper and/or soap, hand dryer doesn’t work, bathrooms have a smell. One of the slides gives a kid going down fast some air and when my son landed he hurt his skinny little bum. 😆 There is a tagging and racing system and a score board in the play zone so play really rough there. A lot of push over, kicking each other, and you rarely see big helping little like in other playzones. The women in the pic really disgust me. I would expect the to stop adults misbehaving like this. It's definitely one of the better soft plays around. Although I think it does need a deep clean. It's very dusty and grimy in certain spots. Every Monday I’m here for rhymetime at 10.30. Great fun Absolute disgrace! After waiting 20 mins to get inside, there is no for me and my 2 girls. I find one chair and I place it beside the fridge near the entrance door. Not a single person from the is concerned about it. Eventually one becomes available, I go to get it and the manager stops me and gives it to a family that arrived after us. I explain to the manager that we were first and instead the manager says she “will have another in a minute”. No apology whatsoever from the manager for the confusion. So a few minutes later, a miracolously becomes available (see the attached pic). Obviously a made up seating with one chair for the party of 3 and a baby table. I obviously get upset. The manager shows zero remorse about the whole situation. When I tell them this is the last time I am here, I hear the response “Good!” The bottom line is that my money had been taken without having informed me at the reception that there is no place for us to sit. If anything, the reason why it took 20 mins to enter was to wait for the available table. I was given the green light to go in and upon entering it turned out there is not a single available for us. Not to mention that not a single member of the approached us to offer help. The place was overbooked and once you paid the money, they did not care. They should have not been letting more people in. I do understand that the place is not a restaurant but do eat as they get hungry while playing. Are they supposed to eat while standing? Because of that my were unable to get any food and we left early. Very dissapointing experience from the management how they handled the situation so I do not recommend the place nor I will be visiting ever again. There are plenty of nicer places with nicer staff. Super night! The loved it and the laser tag was well organised and great fun. Many thanks to Julie and Sonya who were brilliant hosts! No work for parents, just sit back and relax. Máire & Mike Travelled around to alot of these indoor play areas and this is one of the best and we keep returning to it the last few years. Sensory room is fantastic. The play frame is excellent and keeps the interest longer than most. are very friendly and are so quick to spot and sort out any spills/messes made in the play frame. Food is the only let down I was wondering why the weren’t eating the nuggets until I tasted them myself and they’re awful and tasteless, the venue itself is good and the are nice Spend the afternoon here with my grandson and friends today...he enjoyed meeting the Easter bunny and decorating cupcakes and pancakes and especially enjoyed eating them...Also loved the Easter egg hunt...many thanks to the wonderful that went over and above to make sure all the children had a magnificent time...excellent value for money.... Fantastic Experience at Jungle Den! I organized a laser tag party for my son at Jungle Den yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! The lady managing the party was absolutely wonderful—helpful, kind, and full of energy. She engaged with the so well, making sure they were entertained and having a great time. Her warm and patient approach made everything run smoothly.
