OK so I am reviewing my old post as it has been takin down. Myself and my daughter were in the play ground. When my daughter needed to use the toilet. So when we went to the front counter we were told she could not use the toilet as she is not member. I will upload the name of the receptionist at that time. I think in my own opinion this place is money hungry. And not very nice to good people Physiotherapist appointment - lovely therapist, child friendly attitude!! Also, at the coffee shop - coffe and people serving it, from Romania, by the way, were awesome!! Very good gym and super friendly staff.plenty of parking Good gym, great staff. The only drawback is that it's too busy in the evenings My son comes here all the time, I don't go to the main sports club with gym equipment, I just play badminton in a separate large gym. I really like it, we sometimes take half an hour sometimes an hour. Staff is friendly. Attended my sons football match travelled from afar, its been our 5th time here always with our dog always been a lovely experience, today we were shouted at and told to leave as we had a dog, I hadn’t seen the signs, but there was other dogs on the grounds and nothing said to them, felt humiliated and felt it was very unfair as our dog is fully trained and no trouble obviously we never would of brought our dog today if we had of realised but being shouted at isn’t nice and there is a way of speaking to people I‘ve been going to this gym for past 2 years, and can only say good things. - great welcoming staff (they let me charge my phone multiple times there, even without me having any cable) - always clean, no rubbish - there is a steam-room + sauna. - even at peak times gym doesnt get TOO busy. „Too busy“ is when there is NOTHING you can do. - although there is pretty much anything you‘d NEED there, I still would be happier if the equipment would be renewed, especially machines (however recently they’d done a slight remodelling and added shoulder press) - legpress; hack-squat, horizontal leg press (good for calves) and calf machine ✅ - 5 power racks with benches; each has a pullup bar + theres more - 2 weight rooms, around ~4 + ~4 benches in each - Weights up to 50kg - there usually is some staff member walking thru the gym floor, maybe not there all the time but definitely walking through. - there is an outside “free” area with fake-grass where u can chill on sunny days, with large tire and hammer for slamming. - theres a roofed “shed” with more free weights and yoga mats and stuff outside. 4 stars because „old-ish“ equipment Great overall. Also the membership is reasonable, however i really dislike the contract for 6 months (or whatever it was) that, if broken, wont allow u to go to that gym again My go to gym every year I come back home. Very very clean and extremely well looked after. Very well set up with the Olympic racks and free weights in their own section with all the machines together. All the equipment you need for any type of workout. Excellent staff always super friendly and more than happy to help. Fantastic gym. There's such a friendly community there, but my only concern is how my child comes back from football upset that some of the girls on their team have been rude and neglecting them.
