Bit of confusion when we went in if should sit down and menus etc brought to us or not Eventually Emma came up to us and was super and couldn't do enough, the girlfriend doesn't like butter and asked for none on her sandwich and she came back to tell her there was some in the stuffing if that was ok We almost all had festive sandwiches and was lovely, with crispy clean chips and plenty of gravy for dipping, big portions overall Average prices Good to see the Liverpool supporters flag over the door Carpark a bit on the small, but much bigger at the back, unfortunately school finished so seems people think the pub carpark is part of the school and bedlam for paying customers getting out Definitely worth a visit Unfortunately work going on when we where there, but minimal noise and it can't be helped Went there this week with my girlfriend on the day of Portugal vs Ireland match. The ambience was nice inside and was quiet. We got the seating next to the window so it was warm a bit because of sunlight. Ordered veg food along with Safe Sex on the Beach cocktail and Heineken. The sweet potato fries as usual was amazing, a must try. We didn’t like the onion rings tbh however everything else was good. The ambience after the match started became very lively and we enjoyed our there with people cheering up. The Clonsilla Inn in Dublin offers a cozy atmosphere with a staff. Their diverse menu boasts delicious dishes, and the pub ambiance creates a welcoming space for a casual night out. However, occasional noise levels may impact conversations. Overall, a pleasant spot for a relaxed meal or drinks with friends. Saturday nights is a must go as they have live music and the crowd is amazing. Great Food, Excellent Service & Super Atmosphere. Staff are so friendly. The Sunday Carvery is top notch. Plenty of parking surroundings very clean .staff member Emma really fantastic. Very well cultured young lady very efficient exceptionally friendly. Food very tasty. If I found anything to complain about it might be to many tvs in your face. Rather loud . We went very big group for a reunion party and we have spent great there. The owner was so good to is so was the staff. I have enjoyed the lounge and the bar as well. The Guinness was one of the best i have ever tried! This place has a great private room upstairs for a party. The food playters are yummy. Would recommend it. Parking is a bit limited but taxis are readily available at the end of the night. I'm not from the area but would travel here again to experience the amazing vegan seitan roast dinner. Honestly this dinner was so delicious and I had a huge portion. Worth every penny. I'll be back. Thank you for having vegan options. We went when it was early in the day but the tables kept filling up fast and our waitress was efficient and friendly. Stopped here today on my way to newry,as i was here before and got great food i said id stop again, Well today i was v disappointed, there was 2 guys working on the carvery, between the 2 of them they wouldn't put 2 words together, just straight to the point and that was it,we got a few glasses of water but the glasses were dirty,we sat in a corner overlooking the carpark, both the table and the floor was extremely sticky, food was OK but portion an awful lot smaller than it used to be,went to the toilet then before i left, toilet floor was very dirty and there was an awful smell in it,i was very disappointed overall,owner/manager need to get there head out of the sand The food is good, the place is pleasant, with plenty of options for watching different games. But be prepared for terrible service from the waitstaff. You'll have to wait a long to get your menu and another long to order your food because they simply forget you're there. If you ask for the table to be cleaned, be careful not to be asked to leave. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the only waitress so I can make the exception she deserves. I ate here on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered turkey, chips and salad. The turkey was absolutely rank, it was grey and stank, I had a bite but just couldn't eat it..definitely off and definitely left over from the weekends carvery. I've had Sunday carvery here and it was delicious but this I was shocked and so disappointed. The chips and salad were lovely and fresh which is why I said nothing. My friends thought their food was fine, average. The place needs a good deep clean too, it smells during the day. Bar staff took his to respond to us. I'll never forget that turkey! I love that place! Every I visit Ireland I have to stop at the Inn for a pint and some music. Great atmosphere great food, great staff. My first there was 15 years and I hope to be there many more times in the future.
