We intended to Norway, to stay here, we drove more way than the schedule. There are no mosquitoes and it is located near a river. The shower cabinets and toilets are very clear and tidy. And as the other visitors said, we chose where we want to build up tent. There are a lot of aged people stayed in the ground with their RV. The campsites has some pitches on grass fields around the toilet and shower building and some very pitches down at the river bank. We stayed here one night but it could easily have been more. Super camping! The location is a bit remote but the facilities are great. Showers included and in super conditions! Very 2 person cabin. Good showers. A guide in dutch and i suppose other languages aswel on do's and dont's good internet altho a bit unstable cus off full ip list ( understandable cus off the amount of guests) great and friendly host rly guy. Deffo worth to stay the night there. Place was very clean aswel. Spent a night here with a tent and a car. It's a lovely quiet campsite by the river. The facilities were clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.☺️ this camp we stayed in last night was one of the best this trip. Elverum Campground, Norway. We rang in the afternoon to book a cabin as the weather is very unstable at the moment. He offered us the smallest cheapest cabin, twin beds, no water, at pretty much the same rate as most other cabins we have stayed in with the same description. What he failed to tell us though, is that it had a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, bench top oven, 2 elements and all the kitchen gear we needed + most importantly a 10 litre bottle to fill with water and a big bowl with dish cleaning equipment. The only thing we needed to leave for was the toilet/shower! They even had free bikes for us to ride to the supermarket. Loads of showers and toilets with the dressing compartment separate from the shower in each cubicle (with doors!!) so everything stayed dry. 100% recommend. Because of the flood in Norway , we couldn t go to Geiranger and Trollstigen, we had opportunity to stay in Elverum Camping and it was perfect experience. The owner was very helpful and polite. Shower, toilets and kitchen were always clean . Camping place is very beautuful and good located. We felt like at home there and already missed .. Thank you !
