Very nice place for Bowling, Billiards, VR games and other indoor activities. Very well organized by Mr Paul Kessel and his staffs. is friendly and polite. Good options for beverages n fingerfoods n pizzas. Indoor parking is available n free for customers and well connected with public transport. From parking there us a direct elevator 🛗 option. Well maintained and better than any other place around. Pricea are not too expensive. Great place to enjoy with a group of friends. Other games such as billiards and Virtual Reality games are also available. Much recomended. Perfect weekend place Reqlly goos emvironment for family or work outing. We enjoyed alot. Although our row had issues with the pins the was really patient to accommodate us. Rather awful experience. We booked one lane for 6 people, two games, two hours. So far so good. The wasn't that enthusiastic, but it was still fine. The most negative points are: -misscounting machines -failing machines In some turns, only got a few pins instead of full 10. Sometimes, there pins from the round before were still lying on the ground, resulting in miss counting of the machines. Some strikes or spares weren't counted. Some smaller negative points: -the balls felt slimy (a little too much) -a lot of too small holes in the balls -way too loud -super packed, not enough space for even only 6 people. The tables are arranged in a way that it is impossible to see what the active person is doing -animations on the screens stolen from the the 90th (no seriously, they are only a hindrance. Showing the numbers directly would be much better, especially because of the missing direct view on the lanes) -apparently everyone has to one drink, which we did but I'm pretty sure such forced consume isn't necessarily what like -entrance was hard to find and the herd of smoking in front didn't really make entering or exiting a pleasurable experience And since we had missing in the beginning (stuck in traffic), we asked if a game could be resettled as soon as they arrive. But there was absolut zero flexibility about that. We had to play for them until they arrived (which costs extra money of course). The question of resetting the game wasn't even understood. Good points: My gin tonic was fine. But overall nothing I can recommend. Especially because of the failing machines, which is central to a functioning establishment, I'm giving only 1 star. Way. It was an awful experience. First of all the are so rude and unfriendly. Second, you MUST order something to or eat there and you don't know about it until you enter the hall and the see your water bottle and shout at you that it is forbidden to bring your own water bottle here!!!! Third, we ordered 2 ice creams for €2.50. However, we realized that at the end they got us €2.90 for each ice cream plus the cost of an extra ice cream!!!!! They are sooooo unprofessional and rude in treating their customers. We chose to go there to have a fun weekend, but it was a messy experience. Never go there again! ❗❗❗UPDATE:❗❗❗ Take a look at the screenshot that I attached! This a proof for how they are rude and impolite. Such an unbelievable shame 😳😳😤😤 I went there on week day , not much crowded. Sitting is good if you are group of 5 to 8 and enjoy cold drinks while bowling. 2 stars because was rude and force us to have something to either we want it or not. Saw some were giving errors and one member running all way there to fix it which is annoying. They should check their regularly The worst I've ever been to. Here is why: - Unfriendly (most of them I met at least) and I rarely call someone unfriendly - The minimum price for us 3 to bowl for 2h was 70€. That is beyond expensive. They said the give us the cheaper price, but in the end they gave us the price per hour and not per played game per person. Outrageous. - They have a rule that you have to order at least one per person. This is ridiculous and has never happened to me anywhere before. Seriously guys? Let the customers decide if they want to something. Never going there again. I was on the way with my husband , but when we read the reviews , and surely how the owner replies , we decided to drive back home The was nice and I had a great time with my friends. However, the reason for only 3 stars is the food and particularly the Pizza. It was a surprise and not a good one. We ordered 5 Pizzas and they came in so late after about 45 minutes and lo and behold they were frozen Pizzas and not only that they were too expensive. A margherita costs 11.5 euros and a Tuna Pizza costs about 13.5 euros. The staf had a bad behaviour. They were racists…! As a tourist coming to Germany, I would like to thank all the waitresses for their friendly hospitality and am already looking forward to my next visit Such a good place and wonderful , i love it so much and the atmosphere was just amazing ❤️ Super Service 💪🏾 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
