WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! My pilot was friendly, discerning, calm, knowledgeable, and most importantly exceptionally skilled. He tailored the and facilitated one of life's 'bucket list' moments for me. From the casual picking up of a leaflet, to getting booked in and shuttled up the mountain, to the flight & landing, the was flawless and easy - its a memory I'll treasure forever. Although Delta Evasion & their team run thousands of flights per season they didnt forget that for many clients this moment of magic may only be experienced once in a lifetime and they ensured a personal service and delivered it well. Thank you to my instructor Gaiton for making this so incredible, he made sure I got all the best views and a “roller coaster.” I was nervous to do it but he made sure to explain it all first and explained if I want to stop the “tricks” at anytime I could. Which made me feel comfortable to do it. The booking ladies at the start were also kind and gave great instructions. And the staff throughout were really helpful. Great guide William, very experienced and technical. Got lovely photos and videos while learning a lot from him. We, my 13 year old son Ted and I, 51 yrs old, had two fantastic incredible tandemflights on a great sunny day! Our instructors (Gayton and Thomas) were super friendly and professional. We were a bit nervous upfront but Gayton and Thomas were so helpfull and relaxed before and during the flights. What an unforgettable experience! Recommandable for everyone and every age! The whole process via Delta Evasion was supersmooth, from arrival to transport to flight. Wow! Amazing! Can’t wait to fly again with you guys! Merci mille fois! Thank you so much!!! <3 Well organised. Great response time. Was a brilliant experience. Instructors were friendly. I cannot give 0. That’s why it’s a 1 star review. (I think this speaks for itself). We were scheduled to fly at 15. However, they delayed us for an hour without any notice. By the time it was our time to fly, the weather was not okay according to them (other people were flying) and they cancelled our flight. Once we got back the lady at the desk was very defensive rather than understanding and offering any compensation. Moreover, the people on the bus who were with us were not super nice and made assumptions about the countries we are from. We understand that they cannot control the weather, however it was a negative experience. The BEST experience. Everyone is so nice and funny and they make you feel so reassured and safe.
