TreeTops is a great place to bring your children for a soft play. This place is usually full, it can host birthday parties. You can buy food, drinks, snacks and it has ample of space for everyone to be comfortably seated. The bouncing castle and slides are used for parties, but usual soft area is used by other children. The place looks spacious, and welcoming. The toilets are also spacious and clean. Food and non alcoholic drink are also being served on premises. are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, ample of great fun with your guaranteed. Attended for the first time in Dec 24 with my grandson for a party. Lots for the children to do, and food for the little ones. The inflatables were well staffed, and all the were extremely helpful. It was busy and loud but my nearly 3 year old loved it. We were here for a and they were amazing in accommodating her allergies giving her a special meal which was suitable for her diet. Better than any we’ve been too before where we have to take our own for her or pick around the menu! Great place, plenty of on hand. Food and drinks reasonably priced and served quick. Definately will return Our most recent trip was amazing, we attended a lazer tag today and the were really helpful and the had loads of fun. Really for parties, fun for and easy to park (plenty of on road space as well as the car park) plus selection of food and snacks and lots of tables to sit at. With it being fairly big it can get a little chilly if you are sat at the tables bring an extra layer. Nice and clean, a lot of older children in the under 3s bit which was a bit of an annoyance. Place seemed reasonable priced to. Very unprofessional and rude staff! Manager is even worse. Clearly a racist so if you're not English you won't feel welcome there. Shocking experience! job there is plenty of other places where I can spend my money! Was a bit put off by some of the reviews but thought it was fantastic, the were lovely, it wasn't too busy and it was clean. Wasn't going to leave a negative review but felt it's important for improvement. On arrival we met our who was already in there, not a single member on reception, a member of our had to fetch the member of from the kitchen/ counter area to let us in. The who served us was lovely when we ordered food and drinks, however shortly after the 4 members of who was in shift all sat in the cafe area, eating and not engaging with the customers who were in the building. I did happen to notice another family who were leaving was stood at the exit gate awaiting to be let out for almost 5 minutes before they were acknowledged, we also had to ask to be let back out once our session had finished as the were still sat on the dining tables. Play area had dirty socks, crisp packets and rubbish inside the netted areas, could do with a little clean. Would return as it wasn't awful, just wish the made more effort with their customers, would encourage it to be busier during the day. This is by far the best soft I've EVER been to. It's huge. It took my 2yr old 1.45hrs to get round the whole thing. I've come away from this place and the bottom of my socks are still clean!!!! I've not tried the food but you get a view of the kitchen and it looks and tidy. My ONLY criticism is that the ball shooters need the foam balls, not the plastic ones. The plastic don't really shoot and the foam balls are too hard to reach. It's not really issue, just this adult wanted to on them 🤣 Great softplay, really big, were friendly and kept the place spotless. They really went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday brilliant. The room and soft areas were and well maintained. Highly recommend. I was here with my son and we were both very disappointed. Rude staff, disorganized, very expensive prices. My son loves soft play, but he doesn't want to come back here either. Avoid! They used to have cars and a drop ball air thing Just needs more variety to be honest Especially since it’s now gone up in price Why when there is no can the other but not be open ? To do some stuff ? Have an activity bit ? Just my opinion but think it needs adding too I went here with my friend and our children. It was a really softplay. More than enough variety, seemed quite and well kept. Options for all ages. Only downside really is the roleplay room. They have a couple of options with a quite a few toys but they could do more as the room was only like half full. I’d still come back again. I’ve recommended to a few friends and they have all enjoyed it too. As usual very busy but are attentitive to peoples needs,cleanliness safety and overall enjoyment. Wonderfully accepting of special needs. Have a great range of activities, seasonal special and sessions. Highly recommend. Great value for money especially for with everything but the cake. Bought my here for years after years having alot of and step kids. Want to do something for your bday or just somewhere to take them on a quiet afternoon. Everything is great.very place for Birthday , The only thing that is missing is the lights inside the birthday room which is very dim , it should be more bright.
