The had an absolute blast! The facility may be smaller than what we’re used to back in the U.S., but it’s impressively well-organized and efficiently run. Everything operates smoothly, from check-in to the activities themselves. The deserves special mention, they’re exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly care about providing a fun and safe experience for everyone. Safety is clearly a top priority here, and it shows in how well everything is managed. The only downside was a small personal incident, my grandson accidentally left his jacket behind, and when we returned to look for it, it was unfortunately gone. No one had turned it in. While that was disappointing, I want to be clear that it doesn’t reflect poorly on the facility itself; things like this just tend to be handled differently back in the U.S. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for families, and we’ll definitely be visiting again the next we’re in the area. We recently visited and I have to say, it was an absolute blast! From the moment my son strapped on his harness, his face was lit with enthusiasm that lasted the whole day. The variety of walls meant he could challenge himself in different ways, improving his confidence with each climb. The were incredibly supportive, always there to guide and cheer him on. Safety was a top priority, and I was impressed with the attention to detail in the equipment and the staff's vigilance. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy, which is exactly what you want for an adventure-filled day. It's not just a center; it's a place where can learn to push their limits in a fun and secure environment. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the availability of refreshments, which were a welcome treat after all the climbing. A top-notch destination for families seeking a unique and exciting experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit! We attended here for a Sunday morning toddler session, which had the right ratio of people to walls. There was no need to wait and there was a lot of choice. All of the instructors were supper friendly & helpful, along with the receptionist. The place was absolutely spotless, however the mens toilet let it down, being dirty & in a state of disrepair. There is plenty of seating in the cafe area, as well as extra seating upstairs, there is even a party room for birthday parties. I look forward to our monthly sessions that we are doing at the moment. Fantastic! Prices are good. Workers are very friendly and professional. Most of all the had a fabulous time!! I regularly take my sons to Clip ‘n Climb—it’s more than fun, it’s foundational. Builds muscle, boosts mental health, and shapes character. Watching them push limits and support each other on the walls is proof: this place grows strong, inside and out love thisbplace. A nice way to spend an hour. You get a quick 5 minute introduction and safety briefing and then off you go. Grown ups canngo around with the kids, join in or relax in the cafe with a coffee with full view of them walls. My daughter also had a party here a few years ago and it was well managed and she had a great time. Would highly reccommend for a half term session or after school Had a really nice there. When I arrived, there was a short safety briefing and directions on how to put on harness. When that is finished, we were allowed to go around and climb all the walls. It was really fun. Definitely recommend going! Lovely family business, welcoming and helpful staff. Great fun for all ages. We've been back on several occasions. I was there for the first today with my granddaughter. We both had an hour of immense fun. It was brilliantly run, were informative, considerate and very encouraging. On arriving, reception were very friendly, the cafe too where they sell great coffees. A little mention also for the young lad outside organising the parking. Safety was of an upmost and the place was immaculate. We can’t wait to come again. Thank you. Fun and challenging climbs that kept 11 year olds and 5 year old happy! This place is fantastic, I had my daughter’s party here last Friday. Every single member of are an absolute credit to the place, they are patient, kind, funny, caring and made it super special for my daughter. I can’t thank you enough. Keep doing what you are doing. We will definitely be back. Thank you. Brought my daughter and her friend (both 8) and they had a great time. The were very friendly and welcoming and helped the girls when they got stuck with clipping in or out. Only downside I had was that I brought my 19 month old son and there wasn’t anything for him to keep him occupied whilst the girls climbed. They did have a small area in the upstairs part for under 2s. But it wasn’t appropriate for my energetic little one. Shame they no longer have a soft play area.
