A very cool experience. Some very cool ideas, some however felt like they could use an upgrade (or repairs - of the lights, furniture, very quiet phones…). Overall a very nice building though, and the place is clean. It's really about who you go with. Many of the challenges had really bad instructions and we had no idea what to do. All in all it was lots of fun but one or two employees wandering the Halls to help explain some of the games would have been helpful. A good at Up, there was some down sides to the experience, but it has alot of potential. Examples: the Quiz -you get under 2 mins to answer a minimum of 15 correctly to pass. The issue with this is the some question are a long paragraph which takes time to read. Aim - some of the balls are too light and some times the balls don't return and get stuck behind the cornered off area. Music - Instuctions on how the game is played. There was issues with others teams pushing passed us to get to the we were going to retry. Overall good for building. Some parts need to be worked on. A really great range of activities. Very nicely laid out. Only issue some where really different and it was luck rather than common sense that lead to you finishing the room. But the staff are really friendly. I would say worth a visit. Especially as a work build activities or a child's birthday party. Maybe aged 10 and over? The venue has lots of potential and the idea is clearly great for bringing teams closer together. It's however outdated, many and games are not working properly and that is a big turn off if you are supposed to pay so much by the hour: The quiz is barele readable (bad font), the phone game had connection issues, the shooting range had a gun not pointing correctly, the ball throwing game did not react on several places and so on.... Also, the lady was not exactly excited, when we asked for support or fix of the issues. So we had a building here, and it was fun! We spent there 2 hours, but definitely would stay longer.. we didnt finish all the rooms, some of them were really challenging 😬 staff is nice and helpful :) We were really looking forward to our visit to Up for a team-building experience, but unfortunately, we were left very disappointed. Our group arrived well within the listed working hours, expecting a fun and organized adventure, only to find the place completely deserted. There was no staff on site, no signage explaining the situation, and no one answering the phone. We waited for quite a while, unsure of what to do, and tried contacting them through multiple channels with no success. It felt extremely unprofessional and left us with the impression that the place is poorly managed or not operating as advertised. What was supposed to be a memorable bonding for our turned into a frustrating waste of time. We sincerely hope this was an unusual occurrence, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend Up to others without clear confirmation that they’re actually open and responsive. I'd rate this venue with an average score of 2.5. could be more physically challenging but on the larger area, some of the are quite good and fun, some just plain boring. However it seems dated and the should be overhauled. The final which is in the lobby (that looks like the warrior course) is not challenging at all and it's pretty underwhelming experience. Overall the staff was helpful, premises clean. Zbožňujem toto miesto! ❤️ (oslavil som tu narodeniny a aj bol na teambuildingu) Lepšie miesto na narodeninovú oslavu som si ani nemohol priať. Pripravili pre nás výborný priestor, personál bol maximálne ochotný a priateľský, drinky skvelé, a dokonca nám poskytli aj služby nad rámec pôvodnej dohody. Kamosi a rodina boli nadšení! Team Up sme navštívili aj s firmou počas teambuildingu tento rok – a znova výborný zážitok od uvodnej komunikacie az po zaver. Priestory majú super vibe, personál je milý, vtipný a nápomocný – keď sme si nevedeli rady, dostali sme aj jemný “hint”, čo veľmi pomohlo. Aj keď prišli ďalšie tímy, vôbec nás to nerušilo – hracia plocha je dostatočne veľká pre viac skupín naraz. Určite odporúčam zvoliť dlhšiu hru – my sme si ju museli predĺžit, lebo cas v herni plynie inak a neľutovali sme ani minútu! 😄 A nice place to spend time with family/friends. Enough available also for rest. The personnel were socially skilled. Can just recommend! :) Incredible fun, perfect for buildings with your colleagues or just in small group with friends. Been here already twice and we really enjoyed it. I recommend at least 2 hours. First time one hour wasn't enough so we had to come also second time to finish all the rooms. Taak bol to super zážitok. Hlavne v dobrej partii. Dávam dole hviezdičku za trochu opotrebované vybavenie. Uz by to tam bolo treba spraviť renováciu. :) pekny podvecer, rada by som sa chcela podelit s vami o zazitky z upu. skoro nic nefungovalo a zbytocne sme sa zadychali. personal celkom zvladnutelny. zo zaciatku to fungovalo ale na konci nas to velmi prekvapilo. horne tabule opatovne nefungovali. mohli sme skoncit prvý ale skoncili sme siesty.
