The toilets are porta-loos festival style and it's cash only - change preferred. Good place to stop when you cycle around or also just for chilling afternoon. You can sit on the boat, on chair or just on the grass with the view on calm Danube arm. The place is great, you can chill& watch the Danube. They have all the Slovak classics: Kofola, hroznovka (grape soda), beer, giant salty sticks. Be prepared for a lot of wasps and truly vile mosquitoes. Perfect place to stop for a beer during the hot summer days, enjoying a nice view of Danube river. Very calm and relaxing environment. Downside - you need cash, no card payment is accepted and depending on the season - mosquitoes I love this spot! It’s serene, clean, hip, lively, and they have beers. I like that it’s so nicely tucked away from all the buzz of the city yet close enough to walk to. This place is family friendly, nestled in nature and a place for groups to hang out. Grab a small snack and a beer before continuing on or heading back. Love the vibe of this place....on danube bank...you can see people grilling singing playing music...lively atmosphere...great beer..kickass prices...highly recommend. Nice place for resting during walk or cycling near Karloveské rameno. But pay attention it is opened only during summer season. When bad weather starts in September, bufet is being closed until Summer. Lovely little pub on the shore of a river bend, dont expect a posh experience the beer is cold and served in plastic cups, its the rustic charm of being in lovely location that makes it what it is.
