Nice restaurant but the toilets are not clean enough A very nice atmosphere. We were there for a business dinner with 8 colleagues. The starters were well prepared, large and delicious especially the pulled pork, vegetable carpaccio, wild bullion soup, and duck carpaccio. The main courses were also very well prepared. Many had the Gentlemen steak prepared rare and were quite happy with them. One colleague was a vegetarian and had the vegetable lasagna which was enjoyable. There were some nice deserts including the Baander tower, creme brulee, iced coffee, tiramisu, and dame blanche. The service was quite good as well. Nicely located restaurant with inviting terrace. Cappuccino with delicious piece of cake made the visit very enjoyable. I will certainly come back. What a taste! This Restaurant is one of the best that I have ever tasted! The quality of the food is just excellent and the staff takes care of you always with a smile! Very clean and well designed. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Thanks for everything! Food was some of the nicest I've ever eaten and the kids enjoyed theirs too. Service was very good and the interior design of the restaurant was well considered. Would 100% recommend a visit if on the region. We were here summer 2015, Two Danish family's ~ 4 adults, and 4 kids.. Arrived late, a week night. Great and kind service, although we had some problems ordering, (Us, not speaking much Dutch / German).. the staff was helpful and friendly, and we received kind patient service, and the menu was explained with the help of animal postures, and sounds. Great fun.. Food was served well within acceptable time.. and the quality was way above the price! Another group of people was having a celebration of some sorts, and were a bit "active", but we didn't mind, and the staff were patient with them as well. I was baffled to read another review, that was surprisingly negative. We all agreed that it was great, and I want to come back, to have that huge steak again.. next year.. we really liked it! Very friendly and hospitable hosts in combination with great food! We were looking for a place to eat outside of Center Parcs since we had a birthday and wanted something more than the park had to offer. De Baander did not disappoint. All meals were flawless and the service was fantastic.
