Very good place to take young children. are very easy to see for the little ones. Educational with staff there to share knowledge and let the pet animals. Very good play area as-well. Good value for money. Great day out, ideal for children. Gives them the opportunity to be up close and pet animals. The setting is perfect and the staff were so nice. Lovely cafe to stop and have a snack. Two big playgrounds available for as well. The maze is a must to check out. Well done Glenroe Great mini day out for the family. Young will especially enjoy this place. Affordable, well kept, staff. Very enjoyable, even on a typical Irish grey and rainy Saturday. ☝️☝️👍 An amazing 🤩 for and adults. Corn 🌽 field with a maze, a lot of different animals, cafe with food (panini, soup, ice cream, desserts, coffee …). 2 playgrounds: one open and another one covered with sandpit. Highly recommended!!!! Fantastic for the whole family!! Visited the last week and the first impression was that it’s a little haven. There are several sections with various like bunnies, horses, goats, donkeys, deer, and sheep. It’s not a zoo experience with a great variety of but you will find several picnic tables and benches, a playground for as well as a coffee shop with affordable snacks and coffee which actually tastes good. There are also toilets at the which are fairly clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend the to anyone who is looking to spend a calm and quiet day surrounded by beauty of nature. Small stead located not far from Dublin. Has a collection of the typical that you can get up to close. There's a petting area with rabbits, Guinea pigs and chickens. It has a really good outside and indoor play ground with plenty of picnic tables. There's a small cafe if you want some drinks or snacks. The maze at Glenroe was easily the highlight of my visit today. What truly made it unforgettable was a chance encounter inside the maze with a young family. Their little girl completely stole the show—such a real character! She marched right up, full of animated hand gestures and determined steps, stressing out (in the cutest way) because they just couldn’t find the location of a particular pig in the treasure hunt among the 10 pigs to find. Her innocence and purity were so genuine and captivating. Glenroe offers an abundance of activities and beautiful animals, plus hidden fairy gardens and a fantastic maze. With both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, there’s always something to do, no matter the weather. It’s these heartwarming moments and the variety of things to explore that truly make it the best attraction—an experience I’ll remember for a long time! Beautiful spot for family picnic. Maze where you can "unintentionally" lost your for a while. Playgrounds available outdoor and under roof. All are friendly (besides bunnies - they bite) and well take care. Place is tidy and friendly to all age. Beautiful, welcoming, simple place! Plenty of animals, easily accessible, in a gorgeous countryside scenery. Playgrounds are nice, so it's a great experience for little kids. The staff was consistently helpful and nice, and the prices - access and food - are reasonable. The nature path is but short. Anyway I will def go back. Perfect for of all ages! cafe, beautiful natural walk, spacious parking Lovely day out with our little one. Its a bit of a walk if you come up on the bus but it was worth it we had a great time. There are many play areas for and they can touch some as well.we loved it. Went on a sunny day with my partner. Brought ticket at the reception without reservation. There are a lot of in the and petting area. The stuff is very helpful and introduced us the Maize Maze game. Absolutely love the Maize Maze game even as an adult! The Maize Maze only open from July to October. Brilliant day out on a sunny Sunday My son loved petting the rabbit and guinea pig. The playground had plenty to offer a toddler. Lots of different and a fairy walk too. We had our travel buggy with us and couldn’t wheel it in the maize. Amazing place for families with kids. My 4 year old was delighted to meet and play at the playground. I would definitely recommend it!
