Grass looks like it hasn't been mowed for months, there's piles of random stuff piled up inside walls, buildings and all over the place, the sign boards are either so faded you can't read them or they are completely missing... Staff members gave a short lecture as an introduction to the site, which was quite informative. Although this place is not as impressive as similar sites in Italy or other Mediterranean countries, a here is highly recommended for history buffs. This is a neat to see. A fortress so simple, yet complex, filled with culture, history and a relaxing walk through time. While there's not much to interact with, the vast area of ruins scattered across the field is quite unique. Remote location but worth the effort to spend a few hours just taking your time to learn about this place. If you love ancient stone, go for it!
