In short, there’s nothing to criticize about this campsite, and it’s definitely worth a visit, even if you're just passing through. Plenty of green surrounding, not overcrowded even in high season. Stayed at 3 person tiny house, had all I needed, decent prices, clean facilities. Nearby a fancy cosy restaurant. Looked after, and plenty of room for tents and campers. Kid and dog friendly. The little houses have heating, AC, full bathroom, fridge, mini stove. Even have enough space to keep a few bikes sheltered. I like them far more than most hotels. Nice and calm camping with enormous space, so you don't have to bother where to park you camper. Also there is small pond so you can load your tired a** in after long trip. Very, very nice camping!! Welcoming staff and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended. A great quiet and clean camp site. It is rather big, plenty of options to set up. It was not busy during our stay. Maybe four other campers. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities, the warm welcome and support of the host. Kitchen area is great too. Mosquitos will find you too. Personally I missed a nice hiking or MTB route in the area. But maybe I did not look hard enough ;-) We stayed two nights. Highly recommend this camping. And yes we bought honey, bee wax candles and some oil. As the campsite's name is: The Honey Valley :-) Great find. Spacious site. Got a camping cabin with full cooking and sanitary facilities, even has air con. Better than some hotels I’ve slept in. Sleeps 4. Even the WiFi worked well inside the cabin. Pity the restaurant next door doesn’t open fully until the end of May but that’s not the fault of the campsite. Having said that there’s a place to eat 1-mile up the hill. Nice and quiet camping. For 19 euros ( 2 adults with a tent and a car) we got firepit, grill and wooden shelter with electricity. There wasn't a lot of people, so it was very cozy.
