Nonetheless, the bungalows are incredibly bad and we would never ever stay there. Amazing location. Beautiful scenery. Peaceful and tranquil but the place doesn't look very hygienic. The food was delicious , prices are average but it makes you wander how clean is the kitchen ... the toilets were disgusting. Since it is a large complex with different facilities my rating is on the overall place and experience it offers. 1.The lower pool and water slides are in awful condition. The entry is cheap and attracts mostly the roma population; 2.The new pools are much nicer but get very crowded especially on weekends. Pools are small and not suited for swimming. The pool bar is and cheap and great for beers with buddies; 3. The summer is if you like local live music, the service and food is OK. Lots of parties, weddings, etc. It's main advantages are the views and breeze in the hot summer nights; 4. The winter is also very good, and gets fully booked quite often. It has a few cozy rooms and apartments attached to it that are also available for staying in. This is probably the best part of the complex and also the newest. 5. The bungalows are the only part of the complex that I haven't visited but I've heard mostly negative comments about it. A wonderful relaxing day we ate good food the view is amazing. A with a peaceful atmosphere and great location. The food is delicious, especially the Bulgarian peppers. A very place to eat, the view is beautiful and the service is excellent. ***Eddit*** Got nothing really bad to say about the restaurant, nothing special really, food is okay, music could be better/quieter but everyone has their own music tastes. and swimming pool are what to be expected for a small town tbh. However I'm here to comment on the Bungalows! I've been coming back here for years and renting the same one that hasn't been looked after by the looks of it and hasn't been upkept. I missed last year and back here this year again, walked in to be met by the disgusting smell of drain and uncleanliness! The floors were covered in dirt, the bathroom was just disgusting, the whole place is simply falling apart! The fridge was covered in some brown sticky stuff on top of it being old and mouldy, the drain in the bathroom was full of hair, the floors hadn't been swept or mopped in god knows how long.. the table was covered in breadcrumbs, there were random potatoes on the floor.. just disgraceful! Not to mention outside! The grass hasn't been mowed probably this year at all as it's knee high, don't even want to think what kind of bugs and life are in that tall grass... the amazing vew is covered by growing weeds that haven't been taken care of.. the cover over the terrace is half torn and just hanging there... not even a proper chair to sit on as the one provided had 3 legs and a brick for a 4th?!?! A brick!?! if I could add photos I would've but I assume the owner has removed that option so people don't show the reality..and for 75BGN a night I expect at least the toilet to had been flushed but nope there were poo in it when I arrived... year by year it just gets worse and no one does anything about it 😞 please look after the Bungalows! I used to love coming here now I wonder is it even worth it? Fair play to the security guy, whom was very pleasant to deal with, as I asked him to send a cleaner my end tomorrow morning so let's see how that goes but that won't fix how much these bungalows need some loving and maintenence.. inside and out! Following day after 2 cleaners came to the bungalow, after 40 min of cleaning they left the sink untouched, toilet untouched and the drain still had hair in it and was still clogged, however they did clean the floors and changed the bedsheets. I bought some cleaning supplies and defeatedly cleaned myself as I wasn't going to ask yet again for the same thing. I really do hope the owner puts some love and care into this place and brings it back to what it used to be few years ago at least as it was never this bad, to this extent! Слабо Best view and experince! Terrible experience! The rooms were dirty, nothing like the photos. The menu is not like in the internet, it’s a lot more expensive and the food not so good. Only one of the male waiters was really good and nice. The door of terrace was broken, couldn’t close properly. We asked the housekeeping to clean all of the days that we were there and they kept saying that no one told them. We even spoke to the owner and again nothing. We are never going back there and I hope more people see this so they won’t go! Въпреки красивата гледка не бих се върнала на това място. Храната е стара и претопляна. Мястото е много красиво със страхотна гледка и вкусна кухня... Но персонала буквално ни изгони в края на работния ден . Час и половина преди да затворят ни казаха че кухнята затваря и ако искаме да поръчаме. после не ни позволиха да си поръч питиетата и оставих ме маса пълна с ядене...
