We have been here lots of times in the past long-long time ago… Although, the menu has changed while I was far but the food is still professional and made in traditional way. Extremely good. If You would like to eat an “original” traditional Hungarian food like Jokai bean soup You do not hesitate just pop in the Kis Rigo and order it. So far best i have ever tried in Hungary, food was amazing and the prices are really affordable. The location is pretty amazing. Tip: try going when the sun is still out to have the best experience. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food, which was quite disappointing 😞☹️. We hope the can return to the high standards that initially made it one of our favorites. Food was really good and they tasty beers. We went there on Sunday amd it was packed with people. The waiters tried their best but we could feel the crowed place took a toll on them. But still I would recommend this place to anyone who is hiking around 😁 Loved our lunch here! I suggest weekdays because at weekend this place is full all the parking place is full as well. We hike a lot and when in this area, this is our go-to place. After a hike to the Predikálószék lookout we came here to eat some egg dumpling, pork knuckle, sweet potato fries and traditional Hungarian dessert and it tasted amazing! The was out of this world. Not only was the host super friendly and showed us not one but three magic tricks, he also knows some Dutch AND turned the volume up after noticing we were enjoying the music.
