First, the food was absolutely disappointing. The flavors were bland, and everything tasted off. It felt like the chef had completely given up on creating a decent meal. To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. We waited over an hour for our main course, and when it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The delay was frustrating and ruined the evening for us. I tried to share my concerns with the owner, hoping for some understanding or at least a simple apology. Instead, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was clear that customer feedback was not a priority here. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are far better places in town where the food is delicious, service is prompt, and customer feedback is valued. Best Waffel and Gulasch Suppe I have eating. Took 15 minutes before we could order our first drinks, and took 10 minutes till is arrived at our table, food we ordered took a total of 75 minutes to arrive. The time between the first and the last person at our table got their food was 10 minutes. The steak ordered was well done instead of medium, got the wrong sauce with my dinner, the sauce was cold, fries were dry and also cold. When we made some complaints in a delicate manner the owner didn't believe us and started to argue instead of appologizing. Never again.
