I parked in the public car park (3 hrs) opposite waitrose near the cinema and walked through to the shopping mall. The place is situated inside the shopping centre. It was very quiet on the day we went. So my 12yo & 10yo had most to hand when they wanted. My son enjoyed the football arena where you can shoot goal and light up a board. My daughter had several goes on the rolla skating section. And whilst they ran around the soft play, and slid down the big slide, I managed a coffee and cake combo which was millionaire shortbread and very good. Which gave me just enough energy to take part in a two part shoot out in the laser tag maze. Obviously sibling's teamed up and got me.. but it was lovely #memories for them. WiFi was dicey, two hours with no sunlight was enough for me, and the toilet's were upstairs and some were out of use. But due to the we went and it being quiet just meant we could use what we needed. Nice to find varied like this which suited them. Be aware it has arcades at front of reception and has lots of stairs and neon lights.. dress in colours that glow they'll love it. Staff were fantastic and very throughout our visit. Shout out to Raph for writing his name on review card and calling me wonder woman when I played laser tag ! And to the lady who topped me up with caffeine during my at the cafe. Go and make memories. I recently visited Flip Out Aylesbury and had a fantastic time! The venue is spacious, clean, and well-organized, with a mix of suitable for all ages. The were and attentive, making sure everyone followed the safety rules while still having fun. Booking was easy online, and everything ran on time. The café had decent food and drinks, which was a bonus while the played. Overall, it’s a place for an energetic day out or a birthday party. Highly recommend. This is an awesome spot to enjoy a few hours with of all ages! It's fantastic having so many fun all in one place—roller skating, ninja tag, laser quest, drift bikes, dodgeball, a big slide, and football. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, just like you'd expect at a place like this. The are super and always ready to help. We'll definitely be coming back with friends soon! The had fun but I think the place needs a bit of work and more things to do. A few things seems to not be working each we come. Just needs a little money into it to make it fabulous. The were and friendly, which made the even better. The venue itself does feel like it could benefit from some refurbishment, as it looks a bit tired and scruffy in places. That said, it does seem like work is underway in parts, so hopefully it will be looking fresher soon. There are only a limited number of available, so it might not keep you entertained for a full day, but for a couple of hours it’s a good outing. We went on a quiet day, which actually worked in our favour – no queues, no crowds, and plenty of space to enjoy ourselves without waiting around. We had the pleasure of meeting a team member, Maka, who was extremely and made our even better. We did the roller rink, and she was so kind and engaged with my youngest son, even taking him around. However laser tag was upsetting for some children as guns didn't work and there was no to talk to so left the game room. Food took a while but is good. staff, but hard to find when needed, and not enough on floor when busy so there were lots of incidents and no one to talk to, when did eventually talk to not much was done. Not overly impressed at accessibility as no escalators now and lift cannot be used by visitors without consulting manager which is hard to get hold of. Also every the VR section has not been working or available to use as not enough for it to be run. had fun overall but not without issues, as an adult it's poorly designed and monitored. We had a birthday here for my 9 year old son. It was brilliant! There were so many that the children all had a fantastic time. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and full of fun to keep children entertained for hours. A special mention has to go to Saba, the manager, who was incredibly and professional throughout our visit. She greeted us warmly, made sure we knew where everything was, and went above and beyond to ensure the children were happy and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the families who — she was attentive without being intrusive and handled everything with such calmness and efficiency. It’s rare to come across a manager who is both so approachable and so good at running things smoothly. Saba’s manner and professionalism really elevated the whole for us. Because of her, this soft play stands out from others we’ve been to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, fun, and well-run place for children to play. My had a here! I’m happy to bring my children here whenever they’re off school. Visited recently and was surprised at how dirty this place has got since our last visit. Staff at reception were however facilities are now terrible, 4 tricycles where there used to be bumper cars, roller skating when it used to be ice skating, dodgeball section closed off. Escalators were broken so we had to use the stairs which hadn’t seen a clean in months, neither have the toilets for that matter. We threw the socks away because they were so dirty afterwards! We are a family of 4, and visited this indoor playground for the first during half term. We were so pleased to see it wasn’t as packed as other places tend to be in the holiday times. Lots to do for the kids, we have a 3yo and an 11yo. They both enjoyed it (our 11 yo is autistic and really loved it) We were also very impressed with the customer service . The receptionists that greeted us were so and so lovely. Really truly nice to see and it made the whole even more enjoyable. I visited for the first today from high Wycombe and my was so amazing! My absolutely loved the soft play while I sat in the diner being served by the amazing staff. Neha served me and was able to answer all of my questions regarding one of my children who is gluten free. She was really in also telling me about flipout and its facilities. Massive thanks to her! We came here as a group of mums and our boys all aged 8. The boys had fun together going off and playing on everything, while us mum’s were able to sit and chat in the cafe.
