Very place to stay in Kjustendil, short-term or long-term , and you'll find delicious recipes and a coffee selection menu. There's pumpkins menu, various dishes made with pumpkin. Try it, you'll love it. You can stay indoor or outdoors in the terrace I’m reviewing the service only as we did not try the food. Because we have never get served. Awful treatment for customers. I was with my children, all hungry, restaurant crowded but in not full capacity. Waitress just passed by several times without even noticing us. We just walked away. Not recommended. Пасионе е непретенциозно и приятно бистро с добро обслужване. Посетихме Passione и останахме много доволни! Обстановката е приятна, а персоналът – усмихнат и любезен. Това с изкуствените цветя не го разбирам, но явно има такава тенденция в града. Гледка въздух е всяко живо стръкче. :) Обслужването беше бързо и безупречно, което направи престоя ни още по-приятен. Горещо препоръчваме това заведение – чудесно място за приятни моменти! Good choice for delicious and affordable food. Plus a very fast delivery allthough the place was really packed with people. (Saturday night) Kitchen closes around midnight. Excellent place, sevice is so and caring. They even care for the children. The place is spacious, clean and very comforting. My family and I are here in Kyustendil for 2 days and I fully recommend Passione. In the beginning the place seemed and comfortable. It has tables outside and indoors for chilly weather. The feel however is quite changed when you sit. The is full with all sorts food and drinks, the prices are little high but not too much. You can make an order if you manage to get the attention of the waiters. If you are unlucky enough to go on a sunny day on lunch you can expect to have more then 90 minutes of wait and even then it is not certain that it will be what you've ordered(and most certainly it will be over salted). During the wait it is almost impossible to get the attention of a waiter so you can ask what is happening with your order. I spoke to the people around me and everyone had some issues with their orders (wrong food, not exactly what it was in the menu, more then 1 hour wait... even stall on ordering a simple coffee (it could take up to 30 minutes wait) ). I had to literally stand in front of the waitress to make her pay some attention to me. When I asked to speak with the manager I was simply told that he/she wasn't there and that my complaints will be handed over to him/her. I spoke to some of the local people there about it and they told me that this is not the first ... actually it is always this way there when it has a little more then a "normal" number of people. Personally I would never go there again. It wasted a lot of my and literally turned a what had to be a really good day to a bad one(because of all the wasted time, the bad feelings and memories). If I could I would have rated it with a negative number of "stars". Thank you LORD JESUS 👑♥️ for the very Ambiente! atmosphere with perfect cuisine. Delicious salads, mains and desserts. Препоръчвам! Нищо особено! Даже чистотата е под нивото за тези цени. I love risotto so much and if u wonder what is the secret formula for perfect risotto - creamy rice flavored with proper spices. But what i recieved was just rice with milky sause with no flovor. I am sorry but the fact is that this was the most flavourless rice. Also, there was only octupus in the fruty die mare. I mean there must be at least two different types of seafood in there. I asked for the content and they told me it contained prawns, octupus, and mussels. I am really disappointed with this dish. Another drawback is the service. My friend, Kalina, ordered Shopska salad and she recieved Zhetvarska. She didnt know that this was not her order and had some of it. However, when they realised the order was mistakenly done, they took it and gave it to the proper client. I am really disgusted. Despite that, the looks great, the place is really nice, and I really hope that u can make the things better with the restaurnat. Very atmosphere and service. One of the rare places in Bulgaria where the food for all people at the table were served at the same time. And the pasta with beef and truffles was delicious.
