Super friendly staff explained everything well. We had a lot of fun! Good option for first timers. It was great karting at RS Speedworld. Nice customer service, briefing was done excellently well at start, the team assisted whenever assistance is needed. I also love the track, the machines are excellent, especially the one I used👍. It's such a nice experience I will surely try again. Really nice experience! 100% recommended! If you go with a group you could even have like a podium at the end of the race. Very fun experience. Wir waren gestern mit einer 10er Gruppe und haben die RS Grand Prix Paket gehabt. Diese Strecke ist definitiv viel zu klein für so viele. Das Personal sehr unfreundlich und die haben uns richtig angemacht. Man war für fast 500 Euro da 15 Minuten in Rennen und dann noch so eine Unfreundlichkeit! Geht garnicht. Die Rennstrecke ist ganz ok und die Fahrzeuge neuwertig. Mir wurde der Spaß etwas weg genommen, wegen der schlechten Laune der Mitarbeiter, wir sind da um Spaß zu haben und nicht in einer Armee. 4 Euro für die Mütze unter den Helm zu verlangen ist unverschämt. Nimmt am beste eine eigene mit. Ich würde nicht nochmal dahin. Sehr schöne Strecke vom Anspruch. Jeden Monat wird umgebaut damit es nicht langweilig wird. Besonders freundlich war der Service! Seit langer Zeit niemanden getroffen der so positiv und freundlich und offen war. War richtig herzlich ! 😃 Auch an den Streckeninhaber: sehr netter Kontakt. Hat mir richtig gut gefallen. Ich würde diese Strecke auch als Firmenevent planen. Ich hoffe sie werden auch weiterhin Erfolg mit der Einrichtung haben. We went with my son and daughter and it was amazing. They speak perfect english, they were super friendly and the karts are great. We will come back for sure! This is my first time with electric carts the acceleration was surprisingly acceptable. unfortunately the top speed could be higher. That said the staff were very friendly and very helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed myself here I will return. We were there in three friends. the place is beautiful, the karts are beautiful, the is perfect. It is also quite cheap. (30 euros for 1/2 an hour) The only negative thing is the staff, especially an attendant at the who is extremely rude. A friend of mine hit the edge of the lane, and it has been attacked by this guy, who stopped him for 10 minutes out of 30. I was also attacked by him because I did not slow down enought when the yellow light was turned on (I was the only one on the at that moment) but I shrugged and he calmed down. At the end of the race he shouted again against my friend pretending there "could be something damaged on the kart" and that he "will ask to pay for it", but he was not able to show any damage. Even if the place is really nice I do not recommendi it unless you are willing to use the just for a slow walk, otherwise the risk is too high to be attacked by this attendant. Staff excellent, safety talk and well supervised track, great family outing Super Strecke und super Karts. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich und es hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht.
