The lanes kept clogging at the back and not returning the balls stopping the game several times but the clock didnt stop on the 2hrs allocated to us. Didnt receive much feedback as to why it was happening, very frustrating. After several complaints we were offered a drink on the house, criky trying to get that was another nightmare, no one believed us and claimed the staff member didn't work there, eventually he was found and we were able to give our order to be told , no coffee etc just a shot, as most of us were driving that was no good so either a soft drink or small beer. The manager did apologise for everything but it was a not very nice ending to our group of 12 night out 😏 Great Family night out. Friendly staff and quick drinks service. Will go again! Ein guter Ort um mit Freunden einfach mal einen drauf zu machen. Die Bedienungen hier sind äußerst nett und richtig Sympathisch, vor allem die Eileen macht ihren Job echt super und einfach nur cool.
