I went yesterday to do a reservation for my son's upcoming birthday. I am so grateful that Rocío spoke English, because I am not very fluent in spanish. She spent a good amount of time to explain the packages, rules, etc with me. She was so very patient, nice and professional. She also had the young lady in the cafeteria show me what the merienda snack would consist of. The cafeteria worker was also very kind too. Rocio also allowed me to see the ball park in advance. The only thing I would recommend is for you to update your fliers. It shows that all the package included the refresco, merienda, along with the bowling and ball park. But I was told that I would need to pay for that separately? It is a bit pricey to pay for the package deal which doesn't include the refresco or merienda. Majority of other indoor parks do include at minimum a bottle of water and chips. So that was a bit disappointing . But professionalism and customer service from Rocio was outstanding. Thank you.
