Not so bad as like this place We made lunch stop here. Service was little bit slow. Waitresses speaking in English and Russian very well. The menus are also in different languages. Dish prices are cheap for tourists from other countries. In picture is traditional pork cutlet with french fries (optional) and fresh vegetable sald what cost 22.90 zlots. Dish was simple and nothing special. We stopped for a quick bite. The service was fast, the food on the other hand not so tasty. Potato pancakes were too salty, goulash rather fatty and salty as well. Nuggets were overfried. Prices are OK, but food needs working on. Staff hardly speaks English. Great place for a sleepover while traveling. Rooms are not great, but it’s enough for one night. This is my second to have lunch here. Like the first everything was very clean and tidy. Although the parking lot is full of trucks and cars, the restaurant itself had only a few guests. This is a self-service restaurant along the highway near the Czech border on the Polish side. Although the staff do not speak English, communication was very easy because they have menus in 5 languages, so by comparing the English and Polish menus we were able to quickly order food and drinks for four. I ordered Borsch this (a strong vegetable soup in a mug with no additives to drink as tea). It was the first I had taken this dish and was a little divided opinion about the taste 😊. I think it's ok to try and extend the taste aspects, but the soup is really strong and spicy and after the second meal the taste stays in your mouth for hours (beetroot-spicy-salty taste). It is not for everyone, especially someone like me who has not been accustomed to that kind of dishes. The second dish was neck pork in gravy with french fries and a serving of two types of salad (cabbage/horseradish and beetroot). Very tasty and fresh. I ate everything and am very pleased. The children's menu was fried white chicken, french fries and ketchup. The child ate it almost everything, which in itself says that it was very fine. My colleagues ate and liked the tomato noodle soup, and they ate pork goulas with potato cakes and pickles as the main course. They were not happy because everything was too sweet. I tried it and it really is. Even pickles are too sweet and too soft (of course this is very subjective because we are not accustomed to eat such sweet foods). It does not mean it was not finely prepared. On the contrary. The meat in the stew was perfectly soft and the sauce thick and full of vegetables, while the patato cakes were soft in the middle and crispy at the ends. The texture is perfect. Service is fast and quality. An employee called us to the counter when it was prepared and we brought food ourselves to the table and put our trays on the cart after lunch. The soups were ready in 3 minutes and the main course in 10 minutes. We paid for everything with a card. In the end we ordered 3 Turkish coffee and squeezed orange juice. The juice was natural, really squeezed from the oranges in the restaurant 😊 but the coffee was not Turkish but filter coffee beans overflowing with hot water. With the first sip, we all had our mouths full of coarse coffee beans. By no means I do not recommend it. Last I bought pickled mushrooms and they are so fine that this I took double !! If we ignore the Turkish coffee, everything else is very good and good quality and good price. See you again. Delicious food. Good prices.
