Sweet, sour, sparkling etc. The owner gives you a small of the cave and explain you the background and the process. At the end there's tasting. They have their own vineyards. A fantastic visit. A generational winery, using many years of to make excellent white wines. We truly enjoyed the through the hand dug cliff cellars and the tastings with descriptions by the vitner himself. Had a with Lucy! She told us about the deep history and all of the effort that has gone into creating their wines. The goes through the caves that were dug by hand throughout different generations. We ended the with a tasting, trying a handful of their wines. Highly to anyone in the area, but make sure to schedule a tour! We didn’t have a reservation and arrived to this beautiful 30 minutes before the closing and had the most profound, most welcoming and personal with Frédéric, who never was even once concerned about the time. What a gem of the craft this place is! We felt honoured to learn about its history and see how this place has changed through generations. The was brilliant too: we tried a array of tasteful and memorable wines, both sparkling and still, and we were happy to bring some of them home. Many thanks to Frédéric and his for sharing that gift with us 🥂✨ It is one of a kind! Highly recommended; it is a must-visit. The is impressive, and the is informative. Family-owned for 10 Generations, it is very special. This is our second time visiting this Winery. They probably have one of the best Vouvray sparkling hence we came back!
