Huntington Beach is a highly recommended destination for a classic California beach experience. While parking can be a challenge and the water is cold, the beautiful scenery, surfing opportunities, and overall vibrant atmosphere make it a worthwhile visit. Parking is paid and can be difficult, especially on weekends. Arrive early or visit in the evening for better availability. Be prepared for cold water. Dog-friendly areas are available north of the pier.
